2. Description du service
CVSwiss fournit une plateforme IA pour créer des CV professionnels.
Subscription and Billing
CVSwiss offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
Usage Limits
The Basic plan includes: unlimited CV edits, 3 motivation letters per billing cycle, and 3 CV uploads per billing cycle. These limits reset at the start of each new billing period. Add-ons may be purchased to extend these limits.
Add-ons
Add-on packages extend your monthly limits. Purchased add-ons do not expire and carry over to subsequent billing cycles until used. Add-on packages include: +10 motivation letters for CHF 5 and +1 CV upload for CHF 2.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the service fails to work as described or if technical issues prevent normal usage. To request a refund, contact us at hello@cvswiss.ch with your account details and reason for the request.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
CVSwiss uses artificial intelligence to generate CV content and motivation letters. While we strive for accuracy and quality, users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submission to potential employers. CVSwiss is not liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in AI-generated content.
Abuse Policy
Any attempts to bypass usage limits, automate excessive usage, share accounts, or otherwise abuse the service may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take action against suspicious activity.
Data Privacy and Deletion
Users may request complete deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@cvswiss.ch. Upon request, we will delete all personal information, CVs, motivation letters, and usage data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
